The products here are actually pretty nice, but I'm really disappointed with how long it takes to receive orders. I ordered some address labels and waited about 10 days for them to arrive. Then I placed another order back in late January and it's now been 17 days without receiving anything. Based on this experience, I can't recommend shopping with them.
Incredibly slow. Their shipping times are nowhere near what they promise. After being a customer for over 20 years, I'm done. There are plenty of other options out there now that actually deliver on time.
Heads up to other customers - this company advertises discount codes that don't work as promised. They sneakily add back charges you thought you were avoiding when you enter their promotional codes into your cart.
I ordered through Amazon and got no updates or tracking information. A month went by with the delivery date changing twice. Finally I was able to cancel the order and get my money back, though they weren't very friendly about it and didn't communicate much throughout the process.
This took way too long. I ordered personalized address labels with our family photo from our Christmas card on November 18th and didn't get them until December 21st. That was too late to use them with the cards. I waited as long as I could but had to move forward without them. This is actually the second time I've ordered labels with plenty of advance notice for the holidays and they arrived too late. I'm pretty much finished with this company at this point.
I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years, ordering from them without any issues until recently. I tried placing an order SEVEN times using different devices and FOUR different web browsers and kept running into problems. It was the most frustrating website experience I've ever had. I reached out to customer service multiple times and the only suggestion was to use Chrome. I don't use Chrome and it seems unreasonable to expect customers to have a specific browser. If that's their plan, they're going to lose a lot of business. I gave up and have moved on to other companies.

Reading other reviews, I could see this company has had delivery problems. But Isaac went above and beyond by offering me either a replacement or full refund. I chose replacement and appreciated that they had my order details on file. Overall, I'm satisfied with how they resolved things.
I placed an order as a gift for my daughter and the ordering process went smoothly. It shipped via UPS and I got a tracking notification. I was excited to receive it by the end of February 7th, but when I checked, the delivery date had shifted to February 8th. This kept happening for 5 days straight, so I called the company and was told it would arrive soon. I also got an email from Samantha with another contact number and called that too. That's where things got ridiculous. They told me I'd have to contact UPS instead. But I'm not UPS's customer, they are. He gave me a number anyway. Turns out the package goes from UPS to USPS partway through delivery. My label left Illinois for USPS 11 days ago and USPS says they never received it. After that, I've heard nothing from Colorful Images.
This company pulled a sneaky move on me. I got a promotional mailer offering 25% off my entire purchase, so I started filling my cart with labels. My order totaled over $110 and I saw a notice that I qualified for $1.99 shipping on orders over $30. Perfect, right? I entered the 25% promo code from the mailer and suddenly the shipping changed from $1.99 to $29.99 for regular shipping instead! That's absolutely ridiculous for labels, not like I'm ordering something heavy. I called to complain and they said I can only use one promotion at a time. That's deceptive marketing and I won't be shopping there again.
