They got my project-critical order completely wrong and then had the nerve to make me ship the wrong stuff back, wait for a possible refund, and order again hoping they'd get it right next time. I sent them detailed proof of what happened and asked for urgent help, but they just ignored it completely. Run the other direction from this place.
Purchased a graphics card on July 31st with an estimated delivery of August 1st to 2nd shown on their site. My PayPal payment went through right away, but the card never shipped. Now it's August 11th, ten days later, and I finally got an email saying to expect it by August 18th instead. The annoying part is the website was showing over 100 units available when I ordered and kept showing that fast delivery message for other customers all day long.
Terrible communication and dishonest business practices. I found an older model sensor on their site with the exact model number and quantity I needed. I emailed asking for actual photos to confirm it was the right one, but they refused, saying everything was in their warehouse. They supposedly checked with the warehouse staff and confirmed it matched what was listed. I took the risk and ordered anyway in July 2024. When it arrived, I was shocked to see they sent me a completely different model than what was advertised. When I complained, their response was it's the successor model with a link to some third-party retailer website. This is absurd since I specifically needed that older model and couldn't find it elsewhere. Now I've wasted time and money, when I could have found a newer version cheaper somewhere else.
This has been a really disappointing experience ordering from this company. I placed an order 4 weeks ago for items I paid upfront for, and they still haven't arrived. There's been no tracking information or updates. Whenever I contact customer service, they just give me another estimated delivery date without any real answers. I'm honestly not sure how this will end up. I can't recommend them to anyone.
Would give zero stars if possible. One star is still way too generous for this outfit. I never want to deal with them again in my life. Their attitude toward customers is awful and their packaging is so terrible that you've basically got a 10% shot that anything arrives without damage.
I've been waiting nearly a month now for a refund after I canceled my order, and they haven't responded to any of my emails asking for an update. The customer support is just plain terrible. Update: Finally heard back from them saying my refund is in the process.
The website claims global shipping, which is misleading at best. You have to dig deep into their site to realize they actually don't ship to roughly 40 countries around the world, including both the US and Canada.

Absolute garbage! After waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone in customer service, they couldn't actually help with anything. They transferred me around between different people with zero results. The whole experience was unprofessional and I felt let down.
I've done plenty of online shopping over the years since my work schedule doesn't let me visit stores during regular hours. Conrad has been hands down the worst experience I've had. They charged me VAT on an EU purchase where it shouldn't have been charged at all, since I pay it in my home country. Their website promised they'd refund that money once they verified my tax ID, but three months later I haven't gotten a response to any of my messages. It's not really about the amount, it's how unprofessionally they handled the whole thing. I'd recommend anyone thinking about ordering from them to go somewhere else instead. If something goes wrong with your order, you're just going to feel frustrated and disrespected.
