When I asked what was going on, I got a rude email claiming I hadn't paid enough and demanding an extra 45 euros. But when I looked at my invoice, I'd paid the full amount. After that, total silence. It's crazy that they'd ask for more money without even sending a new invoice. Eventually a refund of that 45 euros showed up out of nowhere, but nothing on my main payment of 245 euros. I kept asking for updates with no response. I had to file a dispute through PayPal and thankfully got my full refund back. I will never, ever shop here again.
This place is operating a scam. I bought something and they charged my card immediately, then radio silence for several days. When I finally contacted them worried, they claimed I hadn't paid enough and refused to send anything until I paid more. It's obvious they're fraudulent. Don't be fooled by their attractive prices because you won't actually get your order. Just avoid them entirely.

Like other people have mentioned, the service here is really bad. I bought something that was showing as in stock and ready to ship. A week went by with nothing, so I contacted support. They took another 4 days to respond, and only then did they actually send it out. This isn't the kind of service you'd expect from a big online store in 2024.
Found a beautiful desk lamp with excellent build quality and grabbed a few related items from their huge selection, all at prices way better than anywhere else. The whole process felt smooth and they kept me informed throughout. Got my order quickly even with everything going on globally. Really happy with this purchase and would gladly shop here again.
Think twice about ordering from this place. On January 16th, 2021, I ordered a computer case that showed as in stock with a delivery window of 5 to 6 working days to the UK. It's been three weeks and I still don't have it. When I emailed them, they basically said they'd send it whenever they feel like it's in stock. Looking at the site again, it's now showing delivery sometime between February 19th and 22nd, 2021. I even tried canceling from my account but that didn't work either. I can't recommend this company, whether they say they have something in stock or not. It takes forever to get anything, and they've already charged your card.
Had a terrible experience, absolutely do not buy from them. I put in an order on March 27th and got charged to my card immediately. Three days later they're saying they can't ship because there's no stock available. I asked for my money back the next day and they claimed the item was reserved and the payment wasn't authorized, which is total BS since they already took my cash. Their support team is extremely rude and incompetent, and I plan to take legal action against them for this deceptive behavior. As of April 17th, still no refund.
Stay away from this company! I placed an order two weeks back, my money disappeared from my account instantly, and four days later I got an email saying the item was out of stock. That was it, nothing else. I've reached out via email four separate times and even tried messaging them on social media, but all I get are automatic replies saying they'll contact me. No actual help, and my money still hasn't been returned. I'm going to file a complaint with consumer protection and dispute it through PayPal as well.
