Their customer service is a total nightmare. Even though they have physical locations nearby, they won't accept returns through their online orders at those stores. My shipment arrived way later than expected, so I sent back my unopened purchase. Now they're claiming they only got one item when I clearly returned both unopened. This doesn't add up since I was charged for two products. Don't bother with this place. You can't trust them.

Go somewhere else for your beauty products. This company is awful and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I placed an order for a foundation, and not only did shipping take forever compared to other retailers, but when the package finally arrived, it contained something completely different from what I ordered.
