This company won't respond to me. I paid for medications over a month ago and they still haven't delivered, even though they claim to work directly with my vet. I paid an extra $20 for expedited 1 to 2 business day shipping. Two business days passed and UPS still hadn't received the package from Covetrus. Why pay for rush shipping if they can't get it to the carrier on time? My regular online pharmacy gets orders to me in 2 days at no extra charge. My vet uses Covetrus because my normal pharmacy can't ship certain medications, but based on this experience, I'm done with them. This company is incompetent and I won't be ordering again.
