I tried reaching out by email and phone multiple times, and they kept telling me some supervisor in the warehouse was handling it and would get back to me that same day. Problem was, I couldn't actually talk to this supervisor, and they never reached out to me directly. Day after day they promised I'd hear something, and day after day nothing happened. I ended up canceling and buying it somewhere else instead. As for getting my money back, it doesn't seem like that's going to happen based on how things have gone. Honestly, it feels like this whole operation is just two people making minimum wage stuck in a call center somewhere. It's pretty wild that anyone could operate a business like this and stay open.
Avoid this company. The CPAP mask they sent me started leaking the very first night I used it, and it's the exact same size I always order from other stores. I didn't want them to send a replacement because I figured it would be the same problem all over again. They absolutely refused to give me a refund just because I opened the package.
I bought something and got charged right away, but the delivery never made it to me. They kept blaming the postal service, yet my credit card was still charged. Had to contact my card company to get the charge reversed. Totally unhappy with this experience. Don't recommend them.
Got a pair of heated hoses for my Dreamstation 2 that didn't work, and when I asked about a refund or replacement, they refused because I'd opened them. Well, of course I had to open them to figure out they were broken in the first place. The manufacturer won't help either because they say the warranty only covers the actual machine, not the accessories. Their policy page says they'll send a prepaid label and replace defective items, but apparently you're supposed to know something's wrong without ever using it. When I asked for a return, they rejected it saying items that have been opened can't be returned, which doesn't even make sense. What's really sketchy is their review section only shows five-star ratings. They've got over 1200 positive reviews and literally zero four-star or lower ones. That's not possible unless they're deleting the bad feedback. I'd steer clear of any company that's censoring their reviews like that.
