Got the full waxing kit with everything included, prep stuff, hard wax beads, and post-wax products. I'm really happy with it. I was nervous about trying waxing for the first time, but honestly it was super easy to figure out. The directions made sense, it looked nice when it arrived, and best part is my skin felt great afterward with zero irritation. I used to deal with so many ingrown hairs and razor burn, and switching to this vegan hard wax changed everything. It went on smooth, pulled the hair right out, and didn't hurt like shaving does. If you want to do waxing at home without all the pain and it actually gets results, I'd definitely recommend this kit. Works really well if you have sensitive skin too!

Ordered several bundles including their wax melt machine and spent a lot of money. Since I'm outside the US, I had to pay extra customs fees on top of the shipping they quoted me, which added up to over two hundred dollars total. I was really looking forward to getting it since the products seemed good quality. When it showed up I was excited at first, but the machine kept breaking and shutting off repeatedly, which meant the whole purchase was basically a waste. I reached out right away with a video showing the problem. They got back to me quickly and said it wasn't supposed to do that and promised to send my money back. But after they said they'd pass my order info to their team, I stopped hearing from them. I followed up a few days later and nothing. Then nothing again after that. Finally they contacted me one more time saying the refund would go through the next day. It didn't happen. I even messaged them again but got no response.
