I finally got a shipping notification on the 12th, but nothing has moved. According to FedEx, they don't even have the package in their possession yet. Every email I send gets a copy-paste response. They blame it on global shipping issues, but it's been over a year of pandemic at this point and other companies have managed to figure things out. Can't wait to finally get those hoodies at the end of May, I guess.
It's been a full month and our box still hasn't shipped. I've reached out to this company three separate times and gotten three different explanations. Good thing I keep all my emails.
I got the pusheen subscription and the summer box was stuffed with useless plastic junk. They never even sent the fall box. Then the winter box showed up with more garbage. I cancelled my subscription but today I got a notice saying they're shipping me box number four anyway. They won't refund your money and they won't replace boxes that never arrived. This is a total scam operation that pushes out cheap merchandise! STAY AWAY FROM CULTUREFLY!
The best thing I've ordered! The custom packaging is incredible and the stuff inside can't be found anywhere else. Perfect for someone like me who's a huge fan of the show!
