Picked up an extended handlebar wiring kit but ran into a problem right away. When I was testing fit the wires with my bike's existing setup, I discovered that my controls had 3 wires that didn't come in the kit. Got in touch with them and their response was to have a tech person call me up. Not really sure how a phone call would've helped when the wires just weren't there in the box. They told me they normally don't take returns but would make an exception this time. Still, I had to cover the shipping to get the kit sent back. Is this really a good company? You decide.

I managed to figure out my bike's lighting issue with the support from your team and some research on my end. Turned out the windshield trim light bar was the culprit, with some sections not lighting up. Once I unplugged that and reconnected my saddlebag lid lights, everything else kicked back on and works great now. Really appreciate you walking me through how the BCM works and the way running lights power the DL1 module through the wake wire. Without that explanation I would've been totally lost. It's awesome that Custom Dynamics offers phone support for technical help. Much appreciated!
