Without question the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I ordered on September first and their policy says they ship within 24 hours. After a few days went by I messaged asking when my order would ship. A representative didn't respond. Instead they marked my ticket as resolved without saying anything about my order. I sent another message asking why they closed the ticket when it wasn't shipped yet. This person told me twice that my order was still processing. Then silence. I contacted them again after over a week saying my order still showed processing and still hadn't shipped. Their response was pathetic and unprofessional: they suddenly claimed the item was out of stock and sent a refund, after lying to me multiple times about it being in process. Don't trust this company's customer service, they're 100 percent unprofessional and don't care about running their business properly.
