Been rocking this Dango Dapper Pen Wallet for 7 or 8 years now and it's holding up fantastic. Misplaced the pen a couple times over the years but found it again eventually. The notepad deteriorated over time like you'd expect from paper and cardboard, but it lasted a good 4 years of regular use. The pen started pushing through the leather after so long so I wrapped some electrical tape around it to keep it in place which added another year or so. Haven't had many issues honestly. Lost 3 screws over all these years but the wallet still holds together perfectly with the remaining ones which is pretty wild. I'd definitely grab this one again. They make better wallets now so I might switch when this one finally gives up, but I genuinely love this wallet. Build quality is solid. Highly recommend if you're thinking about it.

Got a few Dango items and keep coming back for more. Everything about their products from quality to design hits the mark for anybody into EDC gear. Their customer support is excellent and they fix any issues super fast. This company is great.

Everything about Dango is excellent from the moment you open it to when you start using it daily. The wallet feels tough as nails, keeps things slim, and it's really well thought out. This is a buy-it-once-and-keep-it-forever kind of product.

I rarely write reviews but felt obligated after this experience. Out of my order totaling over $300, they left off 2 items worth about $100 plus import duties. The bigger problem is customer service completely dropped the ball. I emailed 3 times to resolve it and got nothing but silence. Then I left a negative review on their site and it vanished. I actually like their aluminum stuff but can't recommend them given the lack of follow-up and how they handled things.

Got the bifold wallet for Christmas 2019 and I've got to say the quality is pretty disappointing. The metal is fine but the leather is rough, most of the stitching is coming apart, and I barely use it maybe once or twice a day. Paid over 100 euros for this thing and 4 years later it's falling apart. When I asked about the lifetime warranty they claimed there's no coverage for wear and tear. Feels like a rip-off.

Dealt with a belt clip problem and Charlie took care of it right away. Own around $200 in Dango items like the M1, Capsule, and multiple accessories. Really impressed with the quality and the design. Service was top notch.
