Skip Dango if you don't want hassles with customer service. I ordered a wallet 13 days ago and still don't have it. Sent several emails about the problem and only got a reply after my 4th message. They said it's not lost but don't know what happened. Requested a cancellation and crickets. Got all the emails and tracking info to back this up.

Bought a wallet that started showing wear marks after just 2 months and the material began coming off. Disappointed in the quality and when I asked about replacing it they wanted me to cover shipping costs.

Been buying from Dango since they started back in 2015 and I'm still a huge fan. I remember their original loop hook and I've been a customer ever since. Love their everyday carry stuff and have picked up several items for family like wallets, adapters, capsules, and writing instruments. Just got their dive watch too and it's fantastic. Been using the M-Series for about 2 years and wanted to introduce some friends to Dango with the S1. Put in an order for 3 S1s and a Stealth for Christmas. Arrived on time but the package only had 1 out of 3 items. Not ideal but I contacted customer support. The holiday period made it tough to reach them initially but 3 days later my missing 2 items showed up. Overall I'm pleased with the brand and I'll order from them again.
