Spent almost 85 dollars on an annual subscription and can't even log in. Their customer support is basically non-existent unless you're calling to be on the broadcast. I've tried everything they suggested, emailed multiple times asking for help, but got nothing back. Been using their budgeting tool for years and suddenly I'm locked out of my account.

Their tax software is really not worth using. The support team on the phone doesn't have answers about the tax form fields and just searches Google like you could do yourself. Honestly pretty useless. The forms have tons of boxes to fill in with basically no guidance on what goes where. Skip this and get your forms directly from your state's website instead. Definitely would not suggest this tax product.

Went with the insurance option they pushed for term life coverage. Sounded simple enough from what was promised. Fast forward almost 2 months and they're still processing it. My husband has no health issues and he's over 70, but we're extremely let down with how slow this has been.

Spent two entire days trying to get through about my health insurance enrollment. I get that timing was tight, but sitting on hold for hours just to get disconnected right before they close is unacceptable. They promised to bump me up the next day, which just meant another three hour wait. The representative kept saying different wait times every few minutes, constantly changing what they were telling me. Their phone system is a nightmare and completely wasted my time when I had a deadline approaching. If you can't handle the calls, just say that instead of making people sit around for hours.
