Got caught in their bait and switch trap when trying to process a return. They convinced me to upgrade my order, then turned around and said the add-on couldn't be returned because it was final sale. When I tried to get help through their support team, nobody ever got back to me about what happened. Feels like they're struggling and just trying to squeeze more money out of customers.
