Sorted by: Most recentTotal ripoff. I've been paying for their service for over a year and a half now and they flat out refuse to let me cancel. Every time I try to end my membership they give me the runaround instead of processing the cancellation like a normal business. I'm filing complaints with the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau about this. Don't waste your money on this company or their product. It doesn't even work properly anyway.
Bought their security system back in 2019 but suffered a serious back injury with multiple herniated discs that made installation impossible. When 2020 hit and I lost my job during lockdown, I explained the situation to their team. A representative assured me I wouldn't be charged until I was able to work again. Fast forward to 2022 and suddenly I'm getting collection notices despite our agreement. I sent detailed emails recounting our conversation and mentioning the year-long payment plan I originally signed up for, but they still sent me to collections anyway. When I pushed back, their response was that the message never reached customer care so they had no record of our agreement. Are you kidding me? Now I'm refinancing my home to manage this hardship situation, and I have to deal with getting a collections mark removed because of their failure to communicate internally. This company is the ultimate example of putting profits over people. Absolutely will not recommend them to anyone.
