What Shoppers Say About Dents
Shoppers report strong appreciation for Dents' customer service and product quality, particularly praising the friendly staff, quick order fulfillment, and the company's commitment to traditional British craftsmanship. Multiple reviewers highlighted positive experiences with premium glove options like their leather and cashmere-lined styles. However, one reviewer expressed significant disappointment, citing a noticeable decline in product quality and durability over recent years, along with concerns about how the company handles customer interactions. This reviewer's experience contrasts with others who received replacement items when defects occurred.
The inconsistency in shopper experiences suggests that while Dents' customer service and high-end product lines are valued by some, quality control issues and potential changes to the brand may be creating doubt among long-time customers familiar with the company's historical reputation.

Sorted by: Most recentGreat experience with customer service. A couple months back I got some Silverstone driving gloves, and sadly the stitching started coming undone after just a few weeks of wear. I sent them back to Dents and they reached out to tell me they'd attempted to fix the issue but didn't think the repair was good enough. So they sent me a brand new pair instead. I have to say Dents really stepped up with their customer service on this one. I've grabbed several pairs of gloves from them over time and the fit is always spot on.
I can't recommend this company. As someone who's been wearing gloves regularly since I was a teenager, I've always respected certain brands for their quality and dependability. Unfortunately, this company has really gone downhill over the last few years, both with their actual products and how they treat customers. I bought a pair of cotton day gloves not long ago, and the wrist just split the first time I tried to put them on. When I let them know about it, instead of apologizing or showing any concern, they basically told me that gloves just split sometimes in certain spots. After wearing gloves almost every day for decades, I don't need them explaining how gloves work. It's really sad to see a company that used to be known for doing things right now blame customers for problems instead of owning up to their own manufacturing issues.
The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions before I decided to place an order. My order showed up quickly and I'm thrilled with how the Men's Handsewn Three-Point Cashmere-Lined Deerskin Leather Gloves with Cashmere Cuffs look and feel. The whole thing was a nice experience working with a company that's stuck to traditional British craftsmanship.
