Really let down by this experience. On top of a restock fee, I had to cover the shipping costs to send it back. They accidentally threw in an extra item and wanted to charge me full price for it. Between all the fees, trying out their stuff ended up costing me over $25.

Stay away from this company. I ordered the upper lip cream they advertise but never got it. When I contacted them, they claimed it was old inventory with different packaging but identical formula, which isn't true. The package was still sealed so I shipped it back and requested my money back. I've followed up three times now and still haven't heard anything from them. Can't recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered from them using a try before you buy offer that only required $7 for shipping. Next thing I know, they tried charging $114 to my card plus the $7 shipping on two separate charges. My account didn't have enough to cover it so the charges failed, but they still tried to go through with it. When the $114 didn't work, they reversed the $7 as well. This company needs to stop pulling unauthorized charges on customer accounts. That's not okay.

It's actually a knockoff that I could buy online for way less money. I've been trying to reach out to them but they won't respond.
