I emailed them asking what's going on but they clearly don't care since they didn't offer any kind of expedited shipping or even a discount code to make up for it. The products themselves are solid but I definitely won't be ordering again based on their terrible customer service.
Love their products and they actually make your skin look radiant. You can always find some kind of discount running. They're super responsive on Facebook too if you have questions about anything. Their customer service team is really helpful and knowledgeable. My granddaughter had terrible acne scarring and nothing was working until she tried their blue oil. She finally got rid of the scars for the first time ever.
Never received my order. Can't reach them by email and they don't have a phone line or text option. I'm reporting this to my credit card company as potential fraud.
This company is terrible. They don't care about who they partner with or sponsor them. They let bullies, racists, and people who neglect children represent their brand without doing any research. All they care about is making money. Stay away from this company.
