Sorted by: Most recentGot a Radian 3QX from Diono and it ended up being recalled. Now I can't use the latch system until I get a replacement part sent to me, which is going to take several months to show up. By the time it arrives, my kid will probably be too heavy to use the latch anyway, so the whole thing is pointless. Diono isn't offering anything to make this right for customers who got stuck with this problem. For what I paid on a premium car seat, I expected way better, especially when there's a safety recall involved. Really disappointed with how they handled this.
