Back in 2021 when my CPAP device got recalled and the original manufacturer stopped answering, I needed a replacement fast. This company stepped up with professional support and excellent pricing on a Resmed unit. The staff member named Steve took his time walking me through everything and made sure I felt confident using it. They've helped me with everything from crutches to a specialized seat for my mother-in-law to various other supplies, and every single time they've been quick to respond and easy on my wallet.
Refused to Help With Issues. The company couldn't handle a problem with their shipping partner, Parcel Force. The delivery went wrong but when I called Discount Medical about it, they just gave me a tracking number and told me to deal with it myself. I had no way to resolve it on my own. Then they said they'd contact me when the driver finished their route, but I explained I'd be out the next day helping someone in my family. Never got a call or text, and instead they had the driver come by when they knew I wouldn't be home. When I complained, the staff member basically said it wasn't their problem since they don't work for the courier company. Very disappointing and insensitive customer service.
