I bought a Dock a Tot Deluxe for a good amount of money and started using it in early 2023. After only taking out the carrying case a few times, I noticed the zipper threads were coming undone. For the price I paid, I really expected better durability from the storage case, especially since I need it for when we travel or put things away. When I reached out to the company around mid-year, they sent me a replacement case, but it was noticeably lower quality than the original and they told me it was from an older model. That was frustrating because I paid for a premium product and got something lesser in return. I can't even purchase the same case separately without buying a whole new dock, and when I asked about repairs, they said it wasn't possible. Looking back, there are similar products from other brands that cost way less and probably have better quality control. I'm pretty let down by both how they handled my complaint and the overall craftsmanship of what I purchased.
