The Albion location in Toronto has terrible customer service. They repeatedly ignore what you tell them about delivery instructions, staff doesn't seem to listen to management, and calling them is frustrating - I was stuck on hold for over 10 minutes and they clearly weren't planning to pick back up. After being a loyal customer for years, I'm done. There's plenty of other pizza spots in town for game night.
