The driver appeared to be intoxicated, and the store manager acknowledged there was a problem and promised to process a refund. However, the refund still hasn't gone through. Now they're calling me from personal phone numbers and asking me to contact them privately instead of handling this through proper channels.
The food quality was just okay at the location I ordered from in Navi Mumbai. Nothing really stood out.
It's been over 2 hours since I placed my order and still haven't received anything. I've tried reaching out through the app, chat, and every other way I could think of, but nobody responded. Eventually I found the delivery driver's number and he said he was on the way, but another hour passed with nothing showing up. When I called the driver again, he wouldn't answer. My whole family is hungry right now because we were counting on this food to arrive and it never did. This isn't even the first time this has happened to me either. Last time something similar went wrong and I let it slide, but not this time. You've lost a customer because of this. I paid for food I never got, and honestly this is just unacceptable.
