Called them up and they mentioned supply chain problems and offered to refund me. I took the refund and got confirmation of the cancellation by email. Hoping the money actually comes back. I also noticed I quit getting their weekly sale emails that had been coming for years, which is weird and not encouraging. Pick it up at a store if you can, but ordering online from their website is a no-go for me.
This keeps happening with Don Pablo and it's a pattern. Ordered several times with no troubles until recently. Placed an order on November 9th and here we are December 10th without my coffee. After three weeks I contacted them and they said about a week. Nothing yet. Just told them to refund my cash. Won't buy from them again. It's poor business practices. If this trend keeps going they'll end up shutting down.
I will never buy from these people again. First order, dropped sixty plus dollars on it, had high expectations. Three and a half weeks pass with nothing. I reach out and ask what's going on. They brush me off, say waiting three to seven days is normal for fulfillment. But I've already been waiting three and a half weeks! Then they tell me add another week and a half at minimum before it even ships. That's six weeks of waiting for coffee. Absolutely not. Cancelled and hoping my refund shows tomorrow. This is a joke of a company and customer service is abysmal. Won't recommend them to anybody ever.
The coffee is good but don't count on getting your order anytime soon. I cancelled my last order after holding on for six months, and I'm serious, six months. They kept telling me it was on the way. It wasn't.
Started out great but then my orders quit arriving. I got frustrated and tried a different coffee company for a few months, then came back to give them another chance. Same problem persists. They send you emails saying your order will ship soon, then weeks pass without anything showing up. I can't depend on them anymore for my coffee supply.

Ordered on February 18th, got a message on March 3rd about supply chain slowdowns, then the exact same message again on March 6th. It's now March 18th and they haven't reached out again. Tried phoning their customer service line and got their answering machine. Heads up to anyone thinking about ordering.
Skip Don Pablo. It took over a month to receive my order, and when the Bourbon barrel roast finally showed up, it had basically no taste to it.
Absolutely terrible customer service. They take payment for your orders and nothing ships. Month plus now and I've been a loyal customer for years. Keep calling and just getting voicemail, never get called back. Had to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.

A nice email let me know that one product was temporarily unavailable and asked whether I'd prefer to wait or take a refund. I decided to wait and that was absolutely the right call. Later when I checked in for an update, the owner himself got back to me right away. He mentioned that the beans hadn't hit their strict standards due to a tough crop year. Instead, he offered to send me a top-tier small-batch alternative. I went for it and got my package out super fast. And wow, that coffee is genuinely delicious. Then something amazing happened, once the original beans reached the quality they wanted, they shipped those at zero cost to me. I'm shocked. The bean selection is outstanding, and their customer focus is unreal. They've earned my lifetime loyalty. You get amazing flavor with every cup, and they actually care about making customers happy.
