I was really drawn in by their design aesthetic, website, and company values at first glance, but the actual product disappointed me quite a bit. What arrived was essentially low quality costume jewelry dressed up in nice packaging. I ordered a men's chain with a pendant in gold vermeil. I barely wore it, taking it out maybe eight times over the course of a month, and already the gold coating on the chain started flaking off where the pendant rubbed against it. Gold vermeil should hold up for several months with regular wear, not start deteriorating after just a handful of nights out. They offered to send it back for repairs but that's not really what I'm looking for when I buy jewelry. Pretty let down overall.

Really impressed with how far they went to help me out! I have a pair of pearl earrings that I wear all the time and wouldn't dream of being without them. They took care of everything and sent a replacement right to my place. I'm so thankful they fixed the problem, and I'll definitely be back when I need gifts. A+ service.

Their customer service really is something special. I purchased a bracelet and asked if they could make it a bit longer since I prefer wearing my pieces loosely. No charge for that. It ended up being too loose, so I reached back out and they made it shorter at no additional cost either. Every time I contacted them they got back to me quickly and were always pleasant and professional. They really went above and beyond. Can't find anything to complain about with their service or the jewelry itself.

Found these guys through a Google search while shopping for a new necklace. Saw several options I liked but kept browsing around to compare. Eventually settled on their Men's Hope Talisman Necklace and I'm so glad I did. The craftsmanship is beautiful with great attention to detail. The weight feels substantial, and the chain sits at just the right length. Best part was getting it engraved on the back with no extra charge. Shipped fast and I couldn't be happier. Still eyeing up their Phoenix and Tree of Life pieces. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

The jewelry left discoloration on my skin. The quality was really poor for the price and construction felt cheap. I also have concerns about some of their marketing choices and won't be purchasing again.

Got my wife 2 pairs of earrings and she really wanted a third set that would match with the same rose theme so she could wear all three together. Finding matching earrings in one place turned out to be harder than I thought, so I ended up ordering from multiple companies including Dower and Hall. My wife is going to absolutely love this third pair when I give them to her. Thanks for the great attention to detail and professionalism.

This place is seriously amazing. The jewelry collection is absolutely stunning and the staff is super friendly. I love that they do handcrafted pieces and I've become a repeat customer over the years. Whenever something comes up, the team jumps in to help without hesitation. Even contacted the workshop directly once and they were incredibly helpful. My earring backs snapped after the first time wearing them and they repaired them for free with tons of apologies. They've also done alterations for me and the work was excellent. Can't recommend them highly enough. 100 percent worth it.
