Pretty disappointed with how this went down. My daughter accidentally ordered a gift certificate as a Christmas present, and within a day she asked to get her money back. The company flat out refused because of some policy they have. This feels like a scam to me, especially with how similar their branding is to another company with comparable merchandise. My daughter lost her Christmas spending money because of their refusal to help.
