My holiday season was ruined by this company's complete failure. I placed an order in the fall with confirmation it went through, but the package never arrived. This meant families I cared about didn't get their gifts. Nobody from the company bothered to notify me that there was a shipping problem so I could arrange an alternative. They just let it disappear. Finally in early January they emailed saying they'd refund the full amount to my account. Trying to reach customer service turned out to be pointless. I left messages asking them to call back but never heard anything. There are plenty of other candy retailers out there who actually treat customers with respect. This company is not worth your time or money.

Fantastic service and really quick delivery! The candy selection is outstanding and the quality is excellent. While I'm not someone who buys candy constantly, this would absolutely be my first choice for any candy needs. They've got tons of variety and can even create custom items if you want something special. I've done shopping both in person and online, and while there's something nice about visiting the physical store, ordering online works just as well when I need my candy fix.
