My daughter used her Eastpak backpack for school from age 10 to 13, and the zippers eventually failed with a couple of torn pockets. We sent it in for warranty repair, paid to ship it ourselves, and they did absolutely nothing. No repair, no replacement, just sent it back to the wrong address without fixing any of it. Someone even scribbled 'DIRTY' on the return form even though the bag was clean. Their warranty team is shameful and sketchy. I'm never buying from them ever again.
Sent back my bag because it wasn't the quality I expected. Still waiting on my refund though. They keep saying it'll be processed in 10 days but the money never shows up in my account.
I got a blue sports bag from them years ago, and it turns out the blue color was just painted on. Whenever I packed it up and used it, the inside would get covered with tiny blue paint flakes. I've had no luck getting any help from customer service about it.

I contacted support and got sent another label, except this time it was for Germany and I needed customs paperwork. I asked for help from their warranty team and was told I could only reach them by email, which gave me nothing but confusing return forms. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused. They said a technician would decide whether to repair or refund it, and that wasn't even my choice to make. I had two matching cases and needed two matching cases back, so a refund wasn't helpful. This whole experience frustrated me so much I gave up trying. The warranty coverage feels completely unreliable based on my experience and what others have said. The cases themselves are okay but they're definitely not waterproof and they should tell people that upfront.
The sides split open after just three years of use. Skip this brand entirely unless you enjoy dealing with awful support and terrible construction. I spent money on this but got poor results. That 30 year warranty? It's basically meaningless.
