I reached out to customer support twice with no real help. First they told me to contact the carrier even though I never got a tracking number or knew which company was handling it. The second response said my items were out of stock and someone would contact me in a few days with options. It's been over a week now and nothing. The products are still showing as available on the website, so clearly someone dropped the ball. I should have either gotten my items or a refund by now. No tracking number, no follow-up, nothing. I checked other reviews and this shipping problem seems to happen a lot, especially with their bundle offers.
I ordered a two-pack bundle from EHPlabs with specific flavors that were showing as in stock. When my order arrived, it was missing half of what I paid for - just had one of the flavors. I emailed right away and the next day they replied saying the other flavor was out of stock, which means they probably never even prepared it for shipping. Then they offered to send me a different flavor instead and guess what, that one was the only thing they had available too. They never actually shipped what they promised me and stopped responding to my emails. Plus they didn't even explain what happened to the second item in my bundle. This place is a scam, especially considering how popular and sponsored they are. The only way to reach them is email since their phone number and live chat options on the website don't actually work.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish! I ordered from EHPlabs and they shipped very quickly, but when the carrier took over, they falsely marked it as delivered. I emailed the company and spoke with an amazing representative who really cared about fixing the problem. She arranged a replacement order and kept me updated the whole time. Unfortunately the same delivery issue happened a second time, but the team recognized the pattern right away. They sent out another replacement, and this time they actually changed shipping providers to UPS, which got my stuff to me fast. Can't thank the support team enough for handling everything so professionally. I've tried the oxyshred now and it tastes fantastic. Definitely ordering from them again! Best customer service I've had in a long time.

This service is absolutely horrible. I got a bundle two weeks ago with a specific flavor in mind and nothing ever showed up. When I followed up, they said they'd remake the order and promised to rush it out. I kept asking them to expedite it but heard nothing back. Then they tell me the flavor I wanted is gone and I need to pick something different. Are you serious? I waited forever for that specific product and now they're saying their mistake means I have to accept whatever they have instead? The order wasn't even expedited and I'm stuck with something I didn't want. I reminded them that I spent money on a discounted bundle specifically so I wouldn't have these issues, and now they're trying to give me a different product for what I already paid. They offered a tiny discount as compensation, which is insulting. This is completely unacceptable.
Really upset - my order never shipped and I'm still waiting on my refund. The company won't respond to any of my messages.
