Getting a refund on this has been a total headache. I bought a stethoscope to give to my nephew and when I tried to send it back, it turned into a nightmare. They don't have a phone line you can actually call for support. The only way to contact them is email, but it just keeps going in circles and you never actually get to the point where they let you return anything.
