The return department has limited hours - only open about 4 hours daily - and when I attempted to reach them by phone, the line wasn't even working. I'm done spending money on their brand and I'm making sure my family knows to shop elsewhere too.
A friend recommended this company saying their skincare items are simple to use and that customer support shouldn't be a concern from such an established brand. Unfortunately, I was really let down. I ordered several skincare products but the manufacturing dates were very recent, so I ended up with more inventory than I could realistically use within a reasonable timeframe. When I decided to return the items, it took the company three full months to process my return even though nothing was wrong with the products. After waiting that long, they still haven't issued my refund. It's clear they're more interested in keeping customer money than actually taking care of their shoppers. I won't be purchasing from them again.
