When I went to return something that was advertised with a full refund guarantee, they charged me a fee for the refund and I had to pay to ship it back myself. They're being misleading with how they show and describe their products.
I bought an anklet and bracelet from this company and both fell apart within a few weeks with no explanation. The craftsmanship just isn't there. Sure the prices look good at first glance, but when your items break that quickly you're not getting a good deal. I reached out asking if I could exchange them for store credit to try something else like a ring or some earrings, thinking maybe those would hold up better. They turned me down and said they'd only send a replacement. This is the second piece that's broken in under a month. My roommate and I ordered at the same time and she's dealing with the exact same problem. This isn't a fluke with a couple bad pieces. The entire product line is just low quality. I can't suggest shopping here to anyone.
