What Shoppers Say About ELOQUII
Eloquii is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 17 shoppers, with the overwhelming majority reporting serious problems. Recurring complaints center on shipping delays, lack of order tracking updates, and refusal to honor return windows or accommodate delayed deliveries. Customers report orders taking weeks longer than promised, unresponsive customer service representatives, sizing issues, and policy enforcement that penalizes customers for company-caused delays. One long-time international customer noted that recent ownership changes eliminated a rewards program without honoring existing points and restricted shipping options.
A small minority of shoppers gave five-star ratings, though no positive review excerpts were provided in the data. The dominant pattern across reviews is frustration with operational and customer service failures rather than product quality complaints alone. Customers express reluctance to continue shopping with the retailer and warn others to avoid the brand based on these experiences.

Sorted by: Most recentGetting my order took forever. They claimed it shipped but then I waited two weeks after that before it actually showed up. Everything was oversized on me. Sent it back for a refund and they said no because the package supposedly got to them a day past their cutoff date. Yeah right.
Eloquii messes up shipping all the time and then makes excuses about delays with some made up story. They don't even notify you that your items are delayed either you have to hunt around trying to figure out what happened. Your order might just never show up.
Been loyal to Eloquii for years as a customer overseas. I ship my orders through a US mail forwarding service which worked great. The rewards program was fantastic too. Everything changed once they got new ownership. My reward points just disappeared and they won't honor them. Now I can't even have things shipped to my US mailing address because my actual billing address is international. I'm really frustrated and won't be shopping with them anymore.
Things keep getting worse and worse. This is my second bad experience. The first time, my two day shipping took forever and didn't arrive in time for when I needed it. They refused to cancel while it was still at the distribution center. Now they sent me the wrong size and wanted me to return it to get my $30 back. Why would any company risk losing a customer who spends hundreds or thousands yearly over thirty bucks? Give people refund options or store credit for mistakes like this. You'd keep customers loyal instead of frustrated. Plus whoever gets the wrong size that actually fits them becomes another happy customer.
Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Representatives give you the runaround and then leave you hanging on hold. On top of that, the actual clothing quality is really disappointing.
I placed an order on January 2nd, 2025 and it still hasn't shipped. The company won't give me straight answers. I've asked multiple times for a real tracking number and haven't gotten one. I requested a refund on January 21st, 2025 and they told me I had to return something I never even received in the first place. I'm telling everyone to stay away from this company.
Paid $57 for a dress that was way too big and didn't look flattering at all. Went to send it back and they took $20 out for fees and processing costs. I'd skip this company. The product pictures on the website don't match the actual quality of what you get.
I've ordered from this company three times with decent luck the first couple times, but the third order turned into a nightmare. They shipped my stuff to an address in a different state that I moved away from almost a decade ago. Even though I placed the order two weeks before delivery, when it finally arrived at the wrong place, I called and emailed the company probably ten times trying to explain the mistake. They kept telling me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact the post office. Post office said they couldn't redirect it either and I'd have to deal with the merchant. When I asked for a refund since it was their error, they refused and said I'd just have to order it again and pay twice. I contacted my bank to dispute it instead. Won't be ordering here again.
There's the Eloquii that existed before FullBeauty and then there's what it is now. For years Eloquii was my top choice for quality, unique, stylish clothes. That stylish part is what made them different from all the other frumpy plus-size brands out there. Since FullBeauty acquired them, it's totally different. A lot of the new items look outdated and boring now. Eloquii doesn't have its cool factor anymore. And the return process is a hassle. My last two orders, I had to send back nearly everything both times because the quality and fit got so bad. Such a shame because they used to be such a great brand. You've lost me as a long term customer. I won't come back unless something major changes.
They're charging $11 just to return items. Who wants to shop at a place that makes you pay to send things back? I'm done and won't be recommending this to anyone. Plus their quality has really gotten worse, which is how I even found out about these secret return charges in the first place. Their website doesn't clearly say upfront that returns will cost you money. Feels like a straight up scam.
