Major red flag with this company. They hit you with an $11 charge just to send something back. Why would anyone want to shop somewhere that charges you for returns? Not doing business here again. Their clothing quality has tanked too, which is exactly how I found out about these sneaky return fees. The website doesn't make it clear upfront that you'll be charged. This feels like straight up theft to me.

Super disappointed with the quality of the $65 dress I bought for my daughter. There were threads coming loose all over and you could practically see right through the fabric. I started a return that was supposed to be free, then found out they'd be hitting me with a $10.99 processing fee. I really wish I had checked out reviews before ordering. This whole experience is such a letdown.

I've never felt more motivated to write a review. First time shopping here and it's been a disaster from beginning to end. They had a huge sale so I grabbed an outfit. Money left my account but I got no receipt or order confirmation. When I asked about it, they said the order never went through and I'd need to place it again. I was frustrated but ordered it a second time and waited for the first charge to come back. Then I got hit with a random third charge from them. Reached out to customer service again and they told me it was a back order fee that was basically half the price of the original purchase. I told them nobody informed me about any extra charges on any invoice or email. They basically said tough luck, I should have known. I'm disputing everything and sending it all back. Will never shop here again.

Really sketchy credit card situation with my order. I placed it on 11/26 and got charged that same day. Got a shipping notification, then between 11/29 and 11/30 my card was hit five different times for what looked like partial order amounts. My credit card company blocked those charges and rightfully so. When I called customer service, they said they charge when the order comes in, then refund it and charge again as each item ships separately. They're claiming my stuff has shipped and they've credited my account, but now they're saying I owe them money for the shipped items. This is confusing and honestly looks like a scam to me, even if maybe it's not. I've dealt with Eloquii on and off over the years without any issues, but I'm done now. Can't recommend them anymore. I'm concerned there will be more problems when the packages arrive.

The shopping experience has gone downhill since FULLBEAUTY took over. Things feel clunky on the website now. Shipping takes way longer than it used to, payment methods are different, and every package comes stuffed with tons of junk mail and catalogs I don't want. I've been ordering less and less from Eloquii over the past several years because of these changes.

I have several items from Eloquii and they're all distinctive and worn beautifully with sophistication. Wearing your pieces makes me feel amazing. I consistently get compliments every single time I wear something from here. As a plus-size shopper, I'm proud and comfortable with who I am. The clothing I purchased from Eloquii represents top tier quality. I absolutely adore everything in my Eloquii closet.

I own quite a few items from Eloquii and they're all really special. Each piece is elegant and timeless, and I genuinely feel confident wearing them. Compliments come constantly when I'm wearing anything from this store. As a plus-size woman, I love feeling great about my body and my wardrobe. Every single item I've gotten here is top quality. So happy with my Eloquii collection.
