Watch out for hidden charges! We got billed for a CD that never actually made it to us. They blamed their payment processor, but if they know this happens regularly, why do they still allow it? On top of that, there's a second shipping fee for a CD with no guaranteed delivery date even though we'd already paid. That said, the actual CDs arrive in excellent condition and their staff was pleasant when we called. The refund process moved along quickly once we got it straightened out.

Don't waste your money here. I spent $195 on a record weight and got back something that looked like it belonged in the trash. The thing is covered in dust and has scratches all over it, yet they claimed it was brand new. This isn't worth even a fraction of what I paid. I have serious doubts they'd stand behind a return and actually refund my money. It's absolutely unacceptable.
