This company has a really questionable business practice where they purchase customer information from major retailers and use it to target their marketing campaigns. That means if you're dealing with fertility struggles and ordering pregnancy or ovulation test kits online, or doing any research about conception, they'll send you unsolicited baby formula promotional items. Then you're stuck having that awkward conversation with your hopeful family members about why you still don't have good news to share. It's insensitive marketing and honestly just not smart business.

Solid product overall. My baby has been growing well and thriving on this formula.

I placed an order for infant formula on their website back in mid-November and was promised tracking details via email within a couple of business days. When nothing showed up, I contacted customer service on the fourth day. They responded saying the item was going to be unavailable for quite a while and my order would need to be axed. I called a few days later to finalize the cancellation and was told I'd get a confirmation by email. That never happened, so I called back the next day. This time they claimed the order couldn't be cancelled because it had already shipped, yet they couldn't provide any tracking number because apparently they don't have access to one.

Getting coupons from Enfamil Canada is such a hassle. They make you go through way too many steps just to get a handful of offers mailed to you.

I reached out to their customer service team hoping to get some promotional coupons for my baby's formula. The representative was incredibly disrespectful and flatly declined to help me out. I know they definitely have coupons available since they've sent them to my email before, but I just can't seem to print the ones I get. There's no excuse for being rude to customers, especially when you're not even footing the bill for these offers. The company provides them to customers at no cost, and I'm entitled to receive them too.

Got a shipment of formula that I never actually ordered. Their website won't let you modify your subscription settings either. If you're thinking about buying from Enfamil, I'd recommend ordering through Amazon instead. After this experience, I've lost confidence in Enfamil as a company.

I'm honestly baffled by how Enfamil markets itself as top tier baby formula when it's truly one of the worst options out there. After switching to this brand, my daughter experienced severe gas and had breathing issues that left her in distress. Another major complaint is the excessive foaming that happens even with gentle mixing or careful shaking. We switched to Similac and never looked back because it didn't cause those kinds of problems. Similac has been so much better for her digestion and comfort, and the mixing is way cleaner. Enfamil is something I can't in good conscience recommend to any parent. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don't buy this product if you actually care about your child's wellbeing.

I was blown away by how great their customer service experience turned out to be. My daughter didn't seem interested in the formula I initially bought, so I called them up about it. They were awesome and shipped me two complimentary cans of a different formula to test out, along with some coupons. My little one is now happy with it! It's really stressful when you don't know if your baby will actually like what you're buying, so having this kind of support made all the difference.
