I was hoping for the fresh, colorful blooms they advertise, but when I paid $62 for a single order, I got mostly greenery with limited colorful varieties. I could've gotten better results at my neighborhood grocery store or regular florist. The idea is great, but I was let down and didn't plan to subscribe. UPDATE: They reached out and are resending a new arrangement. I'm genuinely impressed by how they handled my feedback and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I'm definitely trying them again. I placed an order for wedding flowers with them. Totally love this service! The flowers arrive super fresh and they easily last a full month. If you enjoy having fresh bouquets around your place all the time, the cost is absolutely worth it.
