Right after I completed my payment, the company offered me $20 back which I decided to take. Next thing I knew, my card got hit with $25 charges three separate times from a site called Shipmentsfree. Turns out this sketchy charge was part of how Equipfoods processes payments. This is a straight up scam operation and I had to shut down my debit card because of them. Stay away from this company!
Their customer service is seriously fantastic! They respond right away, super friendly, and actually willing to work with you. It's honestly hard to find companies that care this much anymore. Really impressed!
Got a text message saying I could use my HSA or FSA card to get 40% off my order. Seemed like a solid deal so I went ahead and bought stuff. Turns out there was no discount applied at all. When I reached out to Equip Foods about it with proof of the text, their response was basically just that it's unfortunate but they weren't going to do anything. They acknowledged it was frustrating but refused to credit me back. The actual product is decent, but this kind of misleading marketing is really not okay. There are plenty of other protein powder options out there that don't pull this kind of stuff.
