I ordered from this company and got my normal size. The suit was way too small. I called to ask about getting a bigger size and they wouldn't help me at all. I wasn't even asking for my money back, just a different size. I requested a supervisor but they wouldn't let me talk to one. I'm out over $100 and can't do anything with this outfit. They also mentioned it was clearance, which I didn't know about. I will never order from them again.
This is absolutely the worst experience. I've been waiting a month for a refund on merchandise I never even received. Do not order from this store, seriously. The customer service lady was rude and had an attitude with me just because I want my money back.
I can see why they're closing down. I've always liked ordering their shoes but I was placing a new order and the lady taking it was extremely rude. Because of how she treated me, I decided not to give them my business. Their customer service is really poor.
If I could give this company a zero out of five, I would. The quality in person is completely different from what's shown in their catalog. When you return something, you pay to ship it back, and they only give you a credit instead of a refund. Then when you order again, you're paying for shipping on that new order too. I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from this place. Don't shop here.
When they advertise deferred billing, they still charge your card that same day. When you point out that the code wasn't applied, they claim it was entered even though it wasn't. The customer service is terrible and unhelpful. They act like everything is the customer's fault.
This company deserves zero stars. I ordered something in March and FedEx left it outside my secured building where it got stolen. Especially Yours absolutely refused to refund me. Their solution was to send a replacement, but I'd have to pay to return the lost item first before getting a full refund. That means I'm out the shipping cost because of their mistake in shipping to the wrong location.
The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I returned a product over 2 weeks ago and my credit still hasn't gone back to my card. This company is a complete fraud. Every time I call to check on it, they say it takes 10 business days. Well, it's been way more than 10 business days now.

I specifically asked if I could return both dresses if the second one didn't work out right. Never once did the agent say I'd only get a merchandise credit. So I moved forward. When the new dress came, I took it for alterations. Before I could even get it on properly, the feathers started falling off. They kept falling off and I hadn't even worn it yet. I called customer service about this defect. Their response was just asking if I wanted to return it. My question back was, what am I wearing to my event that's 3 days away? The only solution they offered was another return, which would give me two credits for a company I don't want to use. Hopefully I don't show up to this event dropping feathers everywhere.
