Had my order canceled with zero notice. They use this Shop app for order tracking which is really invasive and annoying. I only found out my order got canceled by chance when I checked because the shipping was taking forever. The app marked it as refunded but my bank account still showed the charge. By then it was way too late after cyber Monday to order from somewhere else. Their website says the order is canceled but gives no explanation, and the money is still missing from my account. Not sure if this is a legit operation or if I got ripped off. Going to contact my bank about this and change all my passwords. Customer service is basically impossible to reach.
