I honestly don't know how I'd manage without their God's Gift CBD vapes. Working as a server means I'm standing 8 to 12 hours a day, sometimes 5 to 7 days weekly, and it does wonders for my foot pain. I also deal with sciatica flare-ups that can be unbearable, and this is literally the only thing that gives me relief. Plus it helps me wind down at night, so I mostly vape before bed. Couldn't ask for better.

Took over 3 and a half months before they even bothered investigating my missing order. Australia Post hasn't found it, Customs has nothing, and the tracking just stopped in Sydney. Tracking showed it bouncing all around the US early on with a flagged issue, but now they won't look into it because of some policy about investigating only after a certain amount of time. For half a year they kept pushing me to just be patient. Then when I asked for my money back, they started pushing sales on me instead. The bottom line is there's zero accountability here. They treat your purchase like it doesn't matter. I got an order from them years ago that arrived fine and the product was decent, but unless they set up an Australian warehouse, I'd tell anyone to stay away from this company.

I placed an order for about 60 dollars, checked out, and then Extract Labs charged me 120 dollars total. When we called customer service to ask what happened, they claimed the product shouldn't have been on sale and decided to charge me the full price without asking or warning me. No notification, just straight up charged double what we agreed to. That's not how you keep customers coming back. Pretty dishonest business practice if you ask me.

If you're in Australia, just skip this company. My CBD oil got held up by customs over a month ago. I've ordered from other places that had the same issue and got replacements no problem, but this company? They keep telling me to wait 6 to 8 weeks and here we are at 9 weeks with zero resolution. Messages get ignored for days, then I get some generic copy-paste response. Last couple of emails? Completely ghosted. I depend on CBD for my condition and this whole thing has been incredibly frustrating.

Honestly though, they're a solid company with responsive emails and great support when any rare issues come up.

Decided to try their muscle cream after using one of their products from a local shop. When it arrived, I could tell someone had already used it. It was clearly opened and tampered with, which means I can't safely use it. I sent them an email about it, but that's a serious quality control failure that shouldn't happen.

Stay away from this company. Our order went missing and was worth 500 dollars. Their answer? Wait 90 days so their shipping partner gives them credit. I requested a refund and they refused, saying all they'd do is resend it after three months. That replacement order also disappeared and now they're stonewalling us on both a refund and resending anything. I even paid an extra 50 dollars for what they claimed was better shipping protection, but once a package ships, they wash their hands of it.

Their products are honestly fantastic, I really do love them. That said, we've had 4 orders vanish across 3 different customers, and the responses we get back are basically a shoulder shrug in email form. We're talking about a $1100 order just gone, and when we reach out, Extract Labs acts like they couldn't care less. They say they're working with carriers but won't actually do anything until 90 days pass. It's a terrible way to treat customers.

Can't complain about the products or the service at all. Everything from Extract Labs that I've tried has been excellent. Started using their full spectrum CBN gummies a couple weeks back and my sleep has improved noticeably. The Wolfhound CBD coffee is delicious and the caffeine kick is real. I can't stress enough how much their CBD has helped with my anxiety and stress levels overall. Wish I'd found them sooner honestly. Also appreciate that there's nothing sketchy in their vape products.
