The material came covered in permanent black marker writing and had a big red stain right in the center. Neither of these problems were visible in the online pictures or mentioned anywhere. The fabric is completely ruined. Plus, I got another order from them recently that was way short on yardage compared to what was advertised. Something's clearly going wrong with their operations.

Be smart about ordering here. Once you buy fabric, there's no refund option, even if it turns out to be second quality or you're not happy with it. Right now, stay away from that Magnolia Home Pisa Sky pattern because the design is really uneven on the edges and it's basically impossible to line it up properly. Also, don't count on the sample photos being accurate. Lighting can really mess with how you see the color, especially with remnants where you can't order an actual sample first.

Don't waste your money here. The outdoor fabric I received came in damaged with mold and was basically see-through. On top of that, their customer service was really disappointing.

I put in a big order and had the best experience possible. I called customer service first to verify everything was in stock, and she promised to examine the fabric herself. Placed it Monday, got my order confirmation the same day. Tuesday came with a stock verification email and my chance to make any changes. Wednesday brought shipping confirmation, and Friday the package arrived perfectly packed with exactly what I needed. I don't understand the negative reviews out there, but we had an excellent experience and we'll happily order again. This company really has it together.

I shopped around at several local stores and couldn't find anyone who would sell me just 3 yards of this Kaufmann fabric due to their minimum order requirements. Found it here for an even better price and ordered exactly what I needed. The fabric came in great condition just like I expected. Couldn't ask for better!

The sample fabrics I ordered looked completely different from what was shown online. In the pictures they looked like soft matte velvet, but when they arrived they were shiny and felt cheap. I asked for a refund and customer service refused, claiming that everyone should know polyester looks shiny. I've had good luck ordering from them before, but I'm probably going to look for another discount designer fabric seller going forward. My advice: always get samples first if you shop here, but be prepared to lose money on samples that don't work out.

What I got was totally different from the listing. The width was supposed to be 54 inches but it wasn't. When I contacted customer service, the representative actually argued with me about it, saying this never happens, and kept insisting it should have been 54 by 36 inches (which I already knew for a yard). The fabric quality was also disappointing overall. I'm not going back to this company.
