Avoid this company at all costs! They advertised having 100 yards in stock, but after charging my credit card right away, nothing showed up for 2 weeks. Turns out they didn't actually have the item and I was told to expect a weeks-long wait. It's dishonest to bill customers for inventory you don't have in hand. The customer service response was absolutely terrible.

I ordered 2 yards and they charged me instantly. But it's been two months and I still don't have my fabric. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. One person did tell me once that it was on backorder, and that was about a month ago. Now nobody's getting back to me at all. Be careful with this company!!!!

I've placed 4 or 5 orders with this company and I'm generally satisfied. The good stuff makes up for the frustrating parts. On the plus side, the fabrics are always top notch and show up in perfect shape, plus they usually have competitive pricing especially on discounted and clearance items. The downside is their website needs work. The product descriptions are generic and lacking detail, missing things like detailed content info or fabric weight. You don't always get the maker name either. The search function is weak and sorting options are pretty limited. There's no way to filter by available yardage, and the price sorting gets confusing because some items are whole pieces like a 10-yard remnant while others are per-yard. It would help to show everything as per-yard pricing with notes about which ones can be ordered that way. I once got the wrong item shipped and it was difficult to reach someone about a return, so I just ended up keeping it since it was close enough. Overall I'm happy and I'll keep ordering.
