This was my first and last time ordering here. The whole experience was a disaster. They shipped a box of Padrón cigars with a moisture pack that was already used up after a week-long delivery, so the cigars arrived in terrible shape. On top of that, their shipping carrier is known for rough handling and surprise fees. I placed two orders a few days apart, but the second one showed up first and had been sitting at low humidity for who knows how long. I'm worried about what condition the first order will be in. I won't be ordering from them again and can't recommend them to anyone else.

One star because they frustrated me beyond belief. Every time I tried to place an order, the same problem happened. When I got to checkout, all my information would disappear and I'd have to start over. This happened repeatedly and made the whole process incredibly annoying. Their site is not user friendly and dealing with them was a headache. I'm going elsewhere for my cigars, even if it costs a little more. At least I can actually complete a purchase without all this aggravation.
