Would absolutely give zero stars if possible. Ordered a product in mid-October and it arrived at a distribution center in late October. Then it got to another facility in the Midwest and just... stopped. Been sitting there for weeks even though I live close by. Contacted them about a refund since I never got what I paid for, but they only offered a replacement or store credit. That didn't work for me since this wasn't my fault. Thought I'd never shop with them again, but they eventually processed the refund. Still, the whole experience was unacceptable.
They changed the formula on their signature cleansing balms, the very products that made them famous. That's just wrong. What's worse is they don't show negative reviews on their website, which feels dishonest to me. I'm done with them.
