What Shoppers Say About fatty15.com
Fatty15 customers are deeply divided on product effectiveness. More than half of reviewers (56%) give five stars and report noticeable benefits including improved sleep, increased energy, and reduced cravings, along with appreciation for the science-backed formulation and helpful customer service. However, a substantial portion of shoppers report no effects despite extended use, and some experienced gastrointestinal issues. A recurring complaint involves difficulty canceling subscriptions and unresponsive customer service when addressing order and billing problems, including unresolved refund requests.
The company receives praise for transparency, product quality, packaging, and individual customer service interactions. The main friction points center on inconsistent product results, subscription management processes that some find unnecessarily complicated, and occasional failures in addressing customer service complaints about shipping errors and account issues. Prospective buyers should be aware that personal results appear highly variable.

Sorted by: Most recentI reached out with a question months ago because I deal with several food allergies plus celiac, and I never heard back. Meanwhile, they signed me up for a bunch of daily emails that I didn't ask for and never responded to my attempts to stop them either.
The product has given me okay results after more than 3 months, but their customer service is basically nonexistent. They were shipping me a 90-day supply every single month with no warning before charging me. In June I sent them three polite emails because their site wasn't working when I tried to cancel or change when deliveries come. They just ignored all three of my requests for help and then cancelled my membership without even replying. This is not how you should run a business.
Update from August: The company has really stepped up their game on customer service and addressed what went wrong before. I'm impressed they took my feedback seriously and fixed things, so I'm back to being a subscriber. The product itself is solid. I've noticed my health getting better in several ways, and I truly believe I'd be worse off without it. Just keep in mind that supplements aren't magic. Give yourself at least 3 to 4 months before deciding if it works for you. The body needs time to adjust. I think this is going to be a key part of my routine for staying healthy and fighting the effects of aging at the cellular level.
Big thanks to the team at Fatty15. My A1C went from 6.0 down to 5.5 in just about 4 months. The only real change I made was drinking less wine. This stuff is pricey, but it definitely works! Go check it out online. I'm a believer now!
I want to respond to someone's earlier complaint about not getting notice before shipments. That's not been my experience at all. From my first order onward, I've always gotten a heads-up before things ship. The online system makes it super simple to postpone or skip an order whenever I need to. In my year of using this, I've made adjustments without any hassle. When I've emailed customer support three times, I got responses in under 2 days every time. As for whether it works, I've definitely seen my sleep improve, and my lab work shows better results. My inflammatory markers, liver function, and cholesterol are all looking good, and my cholesterol was already solid to begin with. The thing is, you really need baseline data to know if something's working. Are you getting regular bloodwork done? Also, 6 months is about when you'd expect to start seeing real changes. Fatty 15 themselves tell you it takes time. You can't undo years of wear and tear in half a year. Set realistic expectations.
After taking this for 6 months, I haven't seen any real improvements, though I get that it might work differently for other people. My main complaint is how they handle their autoship system. You don't get a heads-up before they charge your card and send out refills, so you can't stop an order if you want to. When I needed to update my delivery address, it took them 3 days to respond to my email (they don't pick up phones), and by then the shipment was already gone to the wrong place. The whole operation feels sketchy to me, like they're just reselling through some marketing middleman. Do yourself a favor and think twice before buying.
