Needed to return a part that was 63 dollars and tried getting in touch about it, but they never answered calls or emails even though I used the contact info straight from their site, which they claim is current. They definitely received the returned item but the refund never came through and they won't communicate about it. This company isn't worth your time or money.
Ordered a barrel from them and the initial transaction went smoothly enough, but when it showed up the fit wasn't quite what I was looking for. I reached out to see what could be done and waited a couple days for a response. Turns out they're actually a smaller operation, which explains the slower replies, but they really came through for me anyway. They fixed the problem completely and went the extra mile to make things right. Definitely converted me into a repeat customer.
Picked up a Glock barrel that cost almost 200 bucks and the coating started peeling right away. Haven't even fired it once and the paint's already coming off in chips. Plus the thread protector showed up with rough burrs on the threads, totally unusable. Can't get anyone from the company to respond about these problems. Won't be ordering from Faxon ever again and I'm not recommending them to anyone either.
This company was a nightmare to deal with. I ordered an FX5500 and after finally getting a chance to use it, the thing just won't work. All I get is clicking sounds, no firing at all. Tested with 4 different types of ammo, cleaned it thoroughly, tried everything else I could think of, nothing worked. Pretty sure the firing pin or bolt carrier group is defective but good luck getting help from Faxon because they're impossible to reach. Phone calls go nowhere, voicemails never get returned, I submitted multiple support tickets that got ignored, the contact form on their website doesn't work, and forget about email responses. I've tried reaching out 5 different ways over more than 2 weeks straight and haven't heard a single word back. Stay away from this outfit. They sell inferior products and offer zero customer service. I'm furious about spending money on this AR-15. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else because Faxon doesn't care once they have your money.
