What Shoppers Say About FITE
FITE attracts passionate fans of combat sports and professional wrestling, with satisfied subscribers praising the content selection and video quality. However, the service is plagued by serious technical issues that have driven away many customers. The most frequent complaints center on a fundamentally broken Smart TV app with persistent buffering problems, login failures that persist for months without resolution, and recent content cancellations (such as Liga Portugal mid-season). Some reviewers report the app works fine on mobile devices but remains unusable on televisions, while others describe widespread frustration with the service's reliability given the company's size and resources.
The stark divide in ratings reflects two very different user experiences. Wrestling enthusiasts who experience smooth streaming report satisfaction with the content library and picture quality. Conversely, customers dealing with technical failures describe wasted subscriptions and poor customer support, with one long-term subscriber reporting inability to access the service for over six months. Reviewers note that FITE's pricing (starting at $7.99 monthly) becomes indefensible when the product does not function reliably, particularly when compared to competitors offering more comprehensive packages at similar or lower prices.

Sorted by: Most recentHaven't run into the issues other people mention. I've been using Triller TV regularly over the last several months across Android, iPad, and Samsung TV, and never encountered what users complain about. Honestly think it's usually an internet speed thing on their end. Plus, everyone says there's no free PPVs but that's wrong. AEW Plus gives you free access to the entire AEW library and all PPVs from 2019 through mid-2025. Sure, you need AEW Plus instead of regular Triller subscription, but it's there. The Samsung TV app does have a couple quirks though. It won't save where you stopped watching if you want to finish later. Also noticed some audio isn't quite matching up right. For wrestling promos where the audio and lips don't sync, that's pretty annoying. Overall Triller's still your best bet for non-WWE wrestling content.
Terrible outfit. Had their app since 2024 with Triller access mainly for Liga Portugal matches. The buffering problems were constant during games. Recently dumped the app because these guys stupidly cancelled Liga Portugal streaming mid-season.
Most frustrating Smart TV experience I've ever had. Cancelled my AEW Plus and everything else. For a company this large with this much revenue, having such a broken TV app is shameful. Fix this. Yeah, I've tried every fix under the sun. The app is fundamentally broken.
Essential for pro wrestling lovers! The selection is fantastic and the video quality is super clean with no interruptions.
Skip it. I pay nine ninety-nine monthly for WWE Network and get every PPV thrown in. Tried this service for seven ninety-nine and it was garbage that I wouldn't watch. No PPVs included. Completely wasted my cash.
I feel like I deserve a free year. I've been unable to log into this service for more than half a year and nothing has worked. Now I get why your average rating is so bad. I've run a successful business for almost 50 years with over a hundred perfect ratings out of a small number of total reviews. Maybe I should come fix this place.
Simple and works well. Had no issues streaming the JP vs TF match without any problems.
Save your money. Events are constantly buffering even though I have blazing fast internet, and getting your money back is like pulling teeth.
Deceptive and terrible service plus awful customer support to boot. I bought an all-weekend Starcast bundle that supposedly included a major PPV. I could watch the live shows until the PPV came up, which never appeared. The package description said it was included but it straight up wasn't there. Beyond the missing PPV, the service itself was rough. Technical problems at the start, sound glitches throughout, buffering constantly across every device I tried from TV to tablets to computers to phones. I have no idea how anybody pays for this. Then their support team was absolutely awful. They kept insisting the package I bought didn't have that PPV even when I showed them the exact product description. When I pointed this out, they said I bought the after shows instead and that the PPV wasn't there, that I had to buy it separately even though nothing said that on the listing. Then they told me the screenshot I sent them wasn't actually from my order, despite me sending a direct link straight from my account to that exact package. Eventually they credited me for the PPV cost but the whole experience was a nightmare.
Misleading and dishonest business practices. They notified me that a PPV was cancelled via email, but it wasn't actually cancelled at all. Turns out the event moved to a different platform that charges less. Why would they charge more for the same PPV when competitors charge way less? Even worse, they never told customers the truth about where the event really went. This is just wrong business conduct.
