Bought a pair of their sticky lashes and had a terrible reaction to the adhesive they use. My eyes puffed up and swelled closed. I reached out asking about getting my money back, but apparently that's not how they do things. The company said they can't accept returns on opened items, which felt pretty disappointing. What really bothered me though is their support team basically told me to list them for sale on the secondhand market and even provided me with a link. That makes zero sense to me because they won't take the product back claiming it could be contaminated, yet they're cool with me selling potentially contaminated lashes to someone else. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend this brand.
