I checked reviews before buying a pair of adjustable dumbbells and saw the price listed at $183, which seemed like a solid deal. When my order came in, I discovered Flybird had switched me to a different brand without their logo on it. I found the exact same product on another site for $53 cheaper. I called them about the bait and switch. Their solution? A discount code for future purchases. That's not acceptable. If I want a return on a 50+ pound item, I'd have to cover shipping plus pay a 10% restocking fee. Very disappointing experience.

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a weight bench with plates and only got the plates. There is zero customer service. I've sent dozens of emails, texts, and calls with nothing to show for it except an $800 hole in my wallet. Spare yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Their customer service is basically nonexistent. I just need their mailing address to finish a reimbursement form. I've sent multiple emails and Facebook messages and can't even get a simple answer. I can't recommend this company to anyone.

He became hostile and kept calling me 'dear.' He tried to sweeten the deal with a big discount on the missing plates, but after how he treated me, I wasn't giving them another cent. He wanted an extra $420, I offered $200 since I partly contributed to the confusion, and he refused to budge. Ended up buying everything I needed from another retailer for $299 including the bar. I'm done with this company.

After using my bench and dumbbells for quite a while, I can confidently say this company delivers. My equipment arrived in two separate shipments over about 5 days. A friend had recommended Flybird, and I did my homework beforehand by reading reviews and watching videos online. Honestly, I was blown away by how solid the bench is. There's zero wobbling whatsoever. The compact design and easy storage are exactly what I was hoping for. I toss it under my bed when I'm done, which is perfect for my small living space and a huge selling point for me. Zero setup required, which I really appreciated. The dumbbells have been fantastic too. I use them daily without any issues. The plates stay tight, nothing has come loose, no complaints at all. I genuinely trust this brand and would absolutely order from them again.

I'm in the same boat as other customers who got a partial order while the system showed everything was delivered. After almost a week of emails and texts to the only contact number I could find, still nothing. I'd really like to get my full order, otherwise I'm going to dispute it with my credit card company. Should've done more research before ordering. Update: They did eventually acknowledge the split shipment and notified me about the second half shipping as of late August. Still a little nervous but fingers crossed.

Absolutely terrible customer service from this company. I've never dealt with anything worse. My order got split into two shipments and nobody bothered telling me. Once the first package showed up, the system marked my whole order as complete. I tried reaching out through text and email since there's no actual phone line, and I got absolutely nothing in response. This place is a total ripoff.
